Guest guest
I was on the Budwig list and diet for over two years. The diet DID keep me stable for nine months. Dr. Budwig designed her protocol in the 1950's, and revised it up until the 70's as far as I can tell. The moderator of the list is patient and compassionate, but is also adamant at not revising the program. I believe this doesn't take into account the amount of toxic chemicals pouring into our lives, nor evidence about the usefulness of supplements. The need for detoxification is largely ignored. I don't see why you say this truth is suppressed. Her books are available, the ingredients are available, the list is very active. It's my belief that the program works for 50% to 70% of those who totally commit to it. I eat of portion of homogenized flax oil/cottage cheese daily, even though it is not putting me into remission; it is getting some oxygen into my cells.
