Hi Shanti,

 

What a worry for your son. I had just wondered about the cayenne myself because my mother has been on medication to lower her blood pressure for the past 3 years. I believe it is totally useless in her case. Her doctor is ridiculous. She'll go on the cayenne but is leaving for 4 months in Florida and wants to wait until she comes back to go off the meds.

Could I suggest she take the tsp of cayenne in juice and continue to take the meds?
