I think the best advice is to get a diagnosis from a medical professional (and perhaps you can find one well versed in integrative/alternative medicine). Mainstream doctors are usually very good at diagnosis - it is when they begin to treat everything via prescription that most of the problems arise, though in the case of Scarlett fever there is likely some tried and true mainstream medications.

One should always remember that for the most part we are not medical professionals here and whatever we say must be considered guesswork and opinion, especially since we are not there in person and communicating via forum messages.

There is no substitute for a professional diagnosis - I would not take a chance if it were me and I don't think you should either.
