Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the group. I made a batch of oleander soup and used the ACV to preserve it. My husband has cancer and really does not like the taste, it's too strong for him. Is it ok to dilute with a little water? He is at 2 tsp, 3x's a day. Guest guest
Hi Lee Ann,First of all, welcome to our group. To alleviate the bitter taste, have him put the soup under the tongue. There are no taste buds there. Leave it there for a few seconds so the oleander will be absorbed quickly. Then swallow it with juice. Pomegranet juice works very well. But make sure you get 100% juice with NO SUGAR and no fillers. I emphasize the sugar because cancer feeds on sugar.Do not dilute the soup in any way. Following exact instructions is very important. An easier way of taking the oleander supplement may be to order it from http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com. This way there is no problem with the taste.Let me know how he does.Hugs, While
Guest guest
I tried that myself and had a hard time with it. I think it's the ACV but finances are tight and I couldn't spend the money for the vodka or to order the oleander supplements. Could he do the oleander soup without the ACV or Vodka and if so how long would the soup be good for without the preservative? I don't mind making the soup if that's what I need to do. We have the oleander plants here at home so it doesn't cost me anything to make the soup.
