Guest guest Posted November 18, 2008 Report Share Posted November 18, 2008 We have Spybot, Adaware and Avast (AVG and Avast have compatibilities problems). Adaware found 44 crucial problems including a Trojan Virus. Here is the problem: is unable to open any of her emails, no matter whether it is a or Hotmail account. She CAN however open my email and also my gmail, though she has to use the HTML version for slower connections (and our connection is not slow at all). She can still post on the forums but today trying to post on CureZone results in Mozilla Firefox shutting down. She is unable to get the latest Windows updates installed. And finally, she is unable to do a system restore either.
