There actually are several things that can help restore male libido back towards those raging hormone days of teenagerhood. Among them are:Exercise, watermelon, DHEA, Tongkat ali herb, Horny goat weed herb, Tribulus terrestris and Yohimbe bark. Additional herbs for low libido include Ashwagandha herb, Maca herb, Mucuna Pruriens herb, Muira puama herb, Saw Palmetto and Rhodiola rosea.Ya gotta love the name of that one herb - Horny goat weed!Varying the routine and doing a bit of experimenting might help too. OMG, did I really just post all that? What have I created here??TonyHTML clipboard

You have created a hopeful wife! I'm only 29...my husbands 45...and I'm starting to understand why sometimes age does make a difference. This once or twice a year is NOT what I signed up for.

So good to have a laugh!

Tongkat ali herb? That SOUNDS as awful as the goat! Lol! Alley cat or tom cat?

As for the apple pie, we haven't had it in years due to DS not having gluten. I make a mean crumble though with grated barely cooked unpeeled apples and fresh grated cocnut. Topping made with ground almonds, organic demerara and coconut oil. Yum!

I can vouch from personal experience that the Sutherlandia OPC improves libido and I have had a couple of feedbacks to that effect. Two people I know are using it specifically for that purpose. Whether it is the oleander or the Sutherlandia, I cannot say. Maybe those people who are using the home-made version can shed some more light on this question.

We just core the apples, but we eat the pips while doing it, for their B17 content. Then grate them and fresh coconut into a glass or ceramic baking dish with whatever spice you want, cloves or cinnamon. We use a rectangular shallow dish.

Rub the ground almonds into the chilled (well, solid at least) coconut oil, the way you would have rubbed butter into flour for a "usual" crumble and add the organic brown sugar - the big crystals of demerara contribute to the crunchiness of the crumble. Bake it at about 180°C or 350°F.. We like it just a little under golden on top so that the fruit isn't cooked properly. Or just put it under the grill and keep a watchful eye on it, if you prefer the fruit just sweated

Sorry, I have never written amounts down - we just cover the pan to the depth we want, then make enough crumble to cover the fruit.

Hope you like it!

In regards to watermelon being a natural viagara. I think that you should tell people that not only does it contain citrulline, which the body converts to arginine, but also that the seed, contain cucurbocitrin, which also dialates blood vessels. Peope should always eat the seeds when they eat watermelon. I do.

It really bugs me that its so hard to find watermelon with seeds...

everything is seedless...

Fresh watermelon juice, run through a lo-speed twin-gear press type

juicer like the Green Power, gives you all the goodness of the seeds too

without having to chew them up (I know I don't like doing that)...

Hi Sharron,Welcome! Here are the links on how to make Oleander Soup, together with some tips and advice.Be sure to follow the recipe exactly and also make sure that the plant you use has not been sprayed with any commercial pesticides. If you don't have access to a plant in your yard, I would suggest an organic nursery. Even then, make sure and ask if it has been sprayed with commercial pesticides.

I can go one better (or worse, in

this case !)…..I’m 46 and I met my husband when I was 39. We

got married 2 yrs. ago and we’ve done nothing the whole time we’ve

been together, even with therapy. It’s all in his head (the upper

one) from what we’ve been told and that’s why we were going to a

hypnotherapist (can’t afford to go anymore, though).

Still nothing……and I’ve

never strayed. The only good thing about this is that I know he’ll

never cheat, but I do catch him watching the beautiful women on TV (I

take this as another form of cheating because he does this even though he knows

it hurts me but claims he can’t help it because these women are

everywhere) and get to feeling really bad about myself (I’ve been

overweight my whole life and can’t seem to get rid of it)…..so talk

about feeling low and worthless !

Such is life in my neck of the

woods……
