Guest guest
I'm sorry for not understanding. Serious insomnia, where one is exhausted and still can't sleep for long periods must be totally miserable. I've never had that. And , I do stop liquids early, and wake up Thirsty! Still often wake to piddle in the night. When I wake up because my brain is racing with To Do's I make a list, and if it's emotional issues, I work on them. I don't know whether my numbers are coming down, and won't until my next appointment in early January. But it is wonderful to wake up ready to embrace the day, after a year of mostly gray days. I'm attributing it to OS plus the program. Rhoda
Guest guest
Rhoda,You are making progress by what you have described. And I am glad to hear you are doing so much better emotionally. Keep taking Oleander and following Tony's protocol. Try not to dwell on things. Just live your every day life, while taking the proper measures for your road to healing. From the Rhoda I have come to know, that is what you are doing and I want to tell you that I hold you dear and admire you so.As for insomnia.... yep, that's the definition and it is miserable. When I had fibromyalgia I would go through days without sleeping and it nearly drove me crazy. My kingdom for some sleep! lol Are you drinking enough water during the day to keep hydrated and alleviate your nightly thirst? And don't worry too much about getting up to pee. I think a lot of us do this. Have you tried meditation to steady your busy mind? EFT should also help with this. I know I have posted the link before, but I will do it again.http://www.emofree.com/ Hugs,Have you visited our website yet today? The Best Years in Life - Live Longer, Healthier and Happier Lives !
