It can take up to 6 months to show any signs of helping at all. I took it for 8 months before I gave up. And no, it didn't help at all with my aging brain either. But, for those it does help, it is making their lives liveable again. It is an immune system booster...boosts endorphins. Nonie LDN is primarily for neurological problems.
