Guest guest
" Good health is not about the vitamins you excrete; it's about the vitamins you retain. " Absolutely! And generally the more you obtain from your diet or from natural plant derived sources the more easily they are absorbed. There are vitamins and minerals out there that are very good and ones that are very poor. The poor ones, besides giving mainstream medicine inferior forms to use in their biased studies against nature, vitamins, minerals and other supplements and items that are threats to patented unnatural drugs also create more " expensive urine " . So, while I would agree that generally speaking " expensive urine " is somewhat of a myth, I would have to say that there is also a myth about all forms of vitamins and minerals being created and utilized equally - one that is promoted for ulterior motives by both mainstream medicine and those who sell inferior supplements. oleander soup , " Phillip Zachary " <phil wrote: > > The " Expensive Urine " Myth >
