Questions: Risk traveling on a plane (pregnant woman)?

My wife is 6 months pregnant. We are planning to travel by plane for the cristhmas celebration. Does anyone have the information about the risk for pregnant woman traveling on a plane?

Back in 1956 I was stationed at Kaneohe in Hawaii due for discharge in June.

Our daughter was due at the end of May. The Marines flew my wife home to Frisco

three months early so there would be no problems. According to that six months

along should be no problem.

When I was pregnant, I was able to fly into my eighth

month. I didn't fly after my seventh month just

because I didn't have to, but alot also depends on the

health of the expectant mom.
