Guest guest
Yes, canola and soy are in almost every processed food on the shelves…. Check out soy lecithin…. An awful bi product from making soya milk, full or carcinogens and it’s in almost everything. Guest guest
How about whole wheat pasta? ... Does that have alloxan in it? .. I'm sure interested in that. THanks for the info!. That's basically the only wheat we eat , except for maybe some rye bread on the weekends with 4 ingredients in it. We learned that cottonseed oil killed pigs, and its HARD to poison a pig! We only eat virgin olive oil and virgin coconut oils. We don't use dressings or margerines or any commercially prepared condiments.. THey drive my kids nuts to start with and later found out that they mostly all contain MSG among other things.. Guest guest
Nope--if it's 100%. Alloxan is the bleaching agent. Also unbleached white is ok--but I'd get organic. Wheat is becoming pretty iffy in terms of GM. B Magnatta <mom.magnatta wrote: How about whole wheat pasta? ... Does that have alloxan in it? .. I'm sure interested in that. THanks for the info!. Guest guest
Alice - is that the same soy lecithin that's sold as a cure for a dodgy liver? Guest guest
Hi Alice, Can you point me towards info about soy lecithin being cancerous. My doc has had me on a supplement called phosphaline which is choline and soy lecithin.
