CHEMTRAILS: Cliantro+ bread &pasta

I'm sure you don't, but just in case, do not eat white pasta products---unless from unbleached organic flour. Yes, canola and soy

are in almost every processed food on the shelves….

Check out soy lecithin….

An awful bi product from making soya milk, full or carcinogens and it’s

in almost everything.

How about whole wheat pasta? ... Does that have alloxan in it? .. I'm sure interested in that.

That's basically the only wheat we eat , except for maybe some rye bread on the weekends with 4 ingredients in it.

 

We learned that cottonseed oil killed pigs, and its HARD to poison a pig!

We only eat virgin olive oil and virgin coconut oils. We don't use dressings or margerines or any commercially prepared condiments.. THey drive my kids nuts to start with and later found out that they mostly all contain MSG among other things..

bad.....and it is.....but in the same time they yelp that spaghetti is

Nope--if it's 100%. Alloxan is the bleaching agent. Also unbleached white is ok--but I'd get organic. Wheat is becoming pretty iffy in terms of GM. I'm in Canada--and get mine from a health place---so don't know any brands. Maybe someone else knows some? Alice - is that the same soy lecithin that's sold as a cure for a dodgy liver? It comes in a huge tin and you're supposed to take 3 spoonfuls a day.

Hi Alice, Can you point me towards info about soy lecithin being cancerous. My doc has had me on a supplement called phosphaline which is choline and soy lecithin.
