1/2 BUNCH OF CILANTRO 1HEAD OF LETTUCE(NOT ICEBERG) 1/2 CUP NUTS(ALMONDS,PECANS PUMPKIN SEEDS[MY FAVORITE] ANY WOULD DO) OLIVE OIL, SEA SALT, IF YOU WANT A PINCH OF CAYENNE MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT PESTO CILANTRO; THE LETTUCE HELPS WITH THE STRONG FLAVOR OF CILANTRO. I have tried to get it in me everyway possible but it is so strong it is overpowering. I am kinda thinking about dehydrating it and trying it in a capsule. Not sure if it will be as effective though.
