Guest guest
Hi Doug, Joints are something to do with oils aren’t they? I would be taking that cod liver oil that has had all the mercury filtered out of it. I think it’s good for building joints. Also get off processed dairy products…. See if you can find some raw dairy (not pasteurised or homogenised). Eat some sprouted foods…. Such as alfalfa sprouts and so on… they all have different qualities depending on what you body needs…. By paying verrrry close attention to what we eat our condition has improved soooooo much and the different pains that we had are gone. If you want more info, feel free to contact me and I can send you info. (By the way I don´t want to sell anything.) All the best, Yannic - Alice Tuesday, November 06, 2007 1:00 AM RE: new-Pauline Hi Pauline, What a lot to have in life…. My step father in law suffers bi-polar and I have a few friends who have fibro and chronic fatigue, so I’ve had a few conversations with people over the years about these various conditions and I’m sure that drugs don’t help, especially in the long term. This is a good group for chatting… http://health.naturalhealing4me/?yguid=263150986 Have you thought of looking at a diet based health management? I took Floradix herbal supplement and it cured my long term depression…. I think it might have been the B12 for me. Lower your stress levels…. Cut down on your work demands…. Trying to change your thinking so that you don’t feel so pressured…. I found Naturalism really helped me for this… http://www.centerfornaturalism.org/ Alice J On Behalf Of pshreiman (AT) comcast (DOT) net Monday, 5 November 2007 2:52 pm new-Pauline I have bipolar, deep depression and chronic fatigue and fibro. and don't sleep.
