The correction I suggested IS in the video--in the google video frame lower right. That's all I can think --cause I am clicking the same thing and I get sound. Other than that if you go to the other videos on that page I think there is another full length one. On the righ hand bottom one of the controls is a button that slides on a track (looks like) --slide it all the way to the right. That may be your problem--or you may have accidentally muted your sound? Hope this helps.
