Guest guest
Hi, down there - in answer to your request for help with spastic colon: Eliminate dairy, gluten grains (wheat, oat, rye), seeds and nuts. Usually corn sensitive. No red meat, fried foods, citrus fruits, or sugar. Green drinks are good. Like Green Zone. Avoid lots of faw foods. Cooked or raw juices are OK. Check for candida. You need to get herbs to soothr and reduce inflammation in the colon such as Intestinal Soothe and Build formula. Also, probiotics (friendly flora). I have a regular protocol for this if you will email me at nathlth Remind me that you are in the down under country of Austrailia because I must give you a special link for international ordering from this herbal company. Guest guest
G'Day to you too!! We can not have you feeling crook, now can we. I have had a lot of experience with IBS (spastic colon), over the years. A specialist told me several years ago, that if I would take additional fiber everyday, I would never have to see him again. I was kind of young, and did not like the fiber much, so I did not follow his instructions. Some years later I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and IBS is one of the symptoms that goes with it. Well another 12 years passed, and I finally decided to find some natural alternatives to help me. I am please to tell you that the fibromyalgia is not only gone, but the IBS is also. Fiber has changed a lot over those years, and now they have better tasting fiber, along with some really good fiber bars. So my suggestion to you, is find some really good fiber, and take it everyday for the rest of your life mate. There is not anyway to get enough fiber in the food that we eat, so we have to supplement. A person is suppose to get 20 to 30 grams of fiber a day, most only get about 7 % a day. Now you can not go into this full tilt, or it will do some nasty things to you. So start out with an extra 5 grams a day, for a few days, and then move up to 10 grams etc. That way your body will get used to it. Hope to visit with you again sometime, and welcome to the group.
