The Dark Winter exercise portrayed a FICTIONAL scenario depicting a covert smallpox attack on US citizens. The scenario is set in three successive National Security Council (NSC) meetings (Segments 1,2 and 3) which take place over a period of 14 days. Former senior government officials played the roles of NSC members responding to the evolving epidemic. Representatives from the media were among the observers of these mock NSC meetings and played journalists during the scenario's press conferences with a participant list. The exercise itself was held at Andrews Air Force Base, Washington, D.C. on June 22-23, 2001. This would fit any biological event or the "bird flu?"

 

 

It goes beyond that, in "Cloud of Secrecy" by Lester Cole, Professor at Rutgers. They have already spread bacilli in subway of NY, schools in Minneapolis, St. Louis, and the SF Bay area, which caused 10 fold increase in Spinal Meningitis. They were doing studies to account for this peculiar spike. It's documented, and the NY Times had to acknowledge these releases took place in 218 sites around the US.

 

They sprayed bacillus subtilis on citizens and military at Ft. Leonard Wood also.

Always the blame is laid at the feet of "gov't" as if there were no individuals involved, thus granting them immunity from responsibility. If "Unintended Consequences" were to start paying personal visits to those individuals I believe there'd be a remarkable lack of willing participants.

carrier of this disease however.Was told by infection control at

hospital I could still carry it,and still get lots of
