St Lucia Eye drops

These were banned by the FDA last year - despite what might appear on google these remarkable eye drops are no longer available in the USA - I wonder if anyone can help me locate a formula though? It is allegedly composed of 2 herbs, Aten and Cugel in distilled water - these are two South American herbs.
