Guest guest Posted September 26, 2007 Report Share Posted September 26, 2007 Easiest way to get rid of head lice is to simply add a couple drops of tea tree oil to your regular shampoo and wash your hair as normal, leaving the lather on the head an extra minute or two before rinsing. It must kill the eggs too because that's all it takes.
