SPP plan for phoney bird flu pandemic

This is just one of the possible scenarios. A phoney bird flu pandemic. Bird Flu only affects birds in the large corporate bird farms. And yet all the legislation is geared towards shutting down the small bird farmers courtesy of lobbyists working for the big agribusiness bird farms.
