I wonder what the fine for indecent exposure is? I would just pull the pants down and go from there. ha-ha!

Why not start with what is viewed on television? Oh no can't do that! It is okay on TV because it is a taxable form but out on the street? Can't be taxed and so they impose a criminal offence to the same thing that is okayed for TV. I myself just go about my everyday business when I see things like saggy pants. It doesn't bother me in the least.

As a parent and a woman, i really find this style disgusting to look at, for i can only see this style appealing to weird gay males, not anyone else~ I have been told this is what males do in jail when they want homosexual activity~ What next, the opening of the front of men underwear the next fashion statement to see while with our children?? Someone needs to be ticketed, i'd say, but not incarcerated, for that will happen soon enough for idiots that dress this way~
