Troops,(who DO NOT like America), in order to enforce Martial Law, by the Rogue U.S. Government people because of natural or man-made disasters, causing riots in the major cities, for nothing less than water, food, gasoline, shelter, etc. FEMA will not be there for you, allegedly.Remember New Orleans and the SuperDome?
