The first article about nutrient risk is a must to read for anyone trying to understand the Codex issue. Unfortunately it is a big and complex issue and can not be explained in a few pithy paragraphs. Please take the time to really dig deep into this issue as it will visit our shores in Australia in the coming years [unless we start doing something now] in one form or another and as they say, forearmed is forewarned. The second article from the ANH details some of the skulduggery that permeates our health industry. You don't have to go to the movies to enjoy a suspense thriller when we have the makings of a great drama playing out before our very eyes, spy's, government Intel and intrigue....unfortunately it is very real and is a very great threat to any grass roots protest movement.
