Japanese researchers, led by Kiyotaka Nakagawa from Tohoku Univ., report on the ability of tocotrienol to prevent angiogenesis, associated with tumour growth, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic retinopathy. I guess then technically the answer is yes, but only if you get a specialized Vitamin E product. Clear as mud?
