Guest guest
Mangosteen in mouthwash helps gum disease You may want to add a Mangosteen Extract to your mouth rinse. In this study researchers gave 60 patients with mild to moderate gingivitis either a mouthwash that included Mangosteen or a look alike placebo mouthwash. At two weeks the patients were all treated with scaling and polishing. Vs. placebo, the Mangosteen decreased odor released in the mouth, decreased plaque levels, and decreased bleeding of the gums; all significantly decreased. The study is published in the Journal of the International Academy of Periodontology. J.
