Guest guest
Common Sense Nutrition Carlton Fredericks raised an interesting point. He related that many people who have to go to a hospital for elective surgery ask him a question. They ask, “What should I eat for a few weeks before so that my surgery will go well? What should I eat after to give me a better recovery?” His answer: “Don’t wait for a crisis like that. Eat every day like you had to go to the hospital in a month or so. Then there will be less likelihood that you will be faced with hospitalization.” The fact remains; that question is still asked of us periodically, and it would be wise for all of us to take Carlton’s advice.Jerome Mittelman, DDS, FAPM jmittelman For free sample of The Holistic Dental Digest PLUS, reply with your street or pob address.
