Put it on toast and it will melt. Use it for scrambling eggs, or frying on low heat. It speeds up metabolism and thus is helpful in losing weight.

Coconut oil is awkward to use, wanting to "go solid" and forcing me constantly to heat it up to go liquid. It just looks and tastes SO HEAVY...are you sure that stuff is good for you? _._,_.___

It is also very good for candida. I put a tablespoon in herbal tea 2 times a day.

I've been using coconut oil for a couple years or so, using 1 or tbsps

a day. I think it is more helpful for me than the omega 3 oils. Based

on kinesiological testing I need the coconut oil, and since starting to

take it I never need fish oil or flax oil. Good fats are essential to

our diets, whereas the oils go rancid and cause oxidation of our

tissues.
