Guest guest
Does anyone have a good list of both anti-inflammatory herbs, and good heart herbs. Thanks.
Guest guest
The best antiinflammatories are not herbs. Check out BlockBuster All Clear enzymes and the ingredients, listed from the a link on the product details page. Also, inflammation is reduced by ensuring glutathione levels are maintained. This works as an immunomodulator too, and glutathione levels are the single most important indictor of prognoisis of disease and immune system health. Another pronounced relief might be obtained by eliminating polyunsaturated and unsaturated oils, which feed the arachidonic acid pathway, and using a little fish oil and olive oil and mainly saturated fats. I'll be busy for a few days but if you want references (anyone) and further info I'll send along the articles and links privately by email. Guest guest
I have had good luck with white willow bark. How does it compare to your recommendations?
