I know that weight bearing exercise is best for creating stronger bone in early osteopenia.

How can I enhance the calcium absorption of my foods and supplements to support bone health?

As with the others in this group, I wouldn't even consider any pharmaceuticals. I believe that there are specific forms of cal/mag, enzymes, timing of supplements, etc, that will maximize rebuilding of bone.

 

Any suggestions?

I'd take Magnesium at night in Aspartate, Chelate and Orotate form - away from Calcium supplements if any
