Guest guest
....Follow a 63 year old Grandfather's personal journey back to ( hopefully ) full health after losing most of the use of his left side June 2006. Avoiding all " conventional " medical physicians, facilities, and physical therapists...he embarked on his own Home " Alternative/Natural Health " Recovery Program. He believed having control of his own situation was far more important, in his circumstances, than the conventional medical establishment would give weight to. ....being a " One Rat Experiment " , he is keeping a " Daily Diary/Journal " detailing his experiences, exercise regimens, alternative therapies, health supplements, vital statistics, mood swings, and lifestyle changes. With the hope that his " Personal Journey " might assist others experiencing major health problems...his " Recovery Daily Diary/Journal " is being made available to anyone interested for FREE.....just request a current copy at: http://www.wellnow.com/scout/mels_webcam2.html Even if you have no current health problems, there are important lifestyle changes that you, and your loved ones could make to stay healthy and live longer.
