---------- Forwarded message ----------Dove of O <dove[doveofo] NESARA Take Action Teams; $5M Investment; GeneticallyModified FoodsMarch 26, 2007 4:40 p.m. PDTHello Dear Friends and White Knights,In the summer of 2003, I established the NESARA Take Action Teams forthe purpose of spreading the news about NESARA and informing peoplearound the USA and the world about NESARA. NESARA TAKE ACTION TEAMSWe ask that our NESARA Take Action Teams (NTAT) members take advantageof opportunities to hand out the official NESARA flyers at peacerallies, swap meets, Earth Day celebrations, July 4th events, and many other activities where groups of people who care about the world aremeeting. You may click on the following link to find the officialNESARA flyers to print; these are flyers designed to print two flyerson one sheet of paper; there is one flyer for those who use USA-size paper and another international version for those who use theinternational size paper:http://www.nesara.us/pages/flyers_to_handout.htmlThere will be a time after we receive the funding for NESARA's gold that we will begin a new activity with the NESARA Take Action Teams. We will provide information to the NTAT that will be preparation forthe NESARA Announcement. At this time, I am behind in welcoming new NTAT members to the NTAT and hope to have time to do the "Welcome" emails in the next fewweeks. We will also be reaching out to our international NTAT members afterwe receive funding for NESARA's gold. It takes money to accomplish physical actions and this is why we must have large funding which canfuel actions in addition to NESARA's gold. We do intend to connectwith all of our NTAT members more closely once NESARA has its funding. We expect to connect with our international NTAT members about thePROBLEMS they see in their own countries. At last count, we had NTATmembers in 40 foreign countries around the world. After NESARA'sannouncement, we intend to work with NTAT members in other countries to help them do their own reforms of their own countries for thebenefit of their citizens and the world. My sincere thanks for two very interesting reports from Sharen, ourNTAT Regional Leader for New Zealand and Australia; that NTAT Region has taken the name Oceania to cover all the islands in that area.Sharen is discussing the problems and devious government actionsoccurring in her part of the world. From what Sharen is reporting, wecan see there is a common theme in corrupt actions taken by governments around the world. This is because, unfortunately, theleaders of most governments are puppets of the Illuminati and areworking the Illuminati's one world government agenda. These leadersare not working for the people. I am reminded by Sharen's report of how the NZ leader signed anUNAPPROVED treaty with Australia regarding a common agency to controlnatural supplements and pharmaceuticals, that THIS is a commonstrategy being employed by Illuminati government leaders to FORCE the Illuminati agenda on various countries. Here in the USA, the Bush government is taking steps to destroy theUSA as a sovereign nation and to make the USA part of the Illuminati's"North American Union" which would include Mexico, the USA, and Canada. ALL FREEDOMS and rights under the US Constitution would belost. According to the US Constitution, such a radical act MUST beapproved by the US Congress, but since the Congress has refused togive up the USA's sovereignty in the past, the Bush government is doing an end run around Congress and is ILLEGALLY and UNLAWFULLYputting the North American Union in place by using "administrativeprocesses".Sharen's report tells us the NZ Leader is doing the same thing: using the signing of a treaty with Australia on the issue of establishing acommon government agency to control food supplements andpharmaceuticals but WITHOUT getting New Zealand's elected parliamentto APPROVE the so-called treaty. Therefore, the NZ Leader is doing the same thing Bush is doing: trying to FORCE the Illuminati agendaon their countries through using ILLEGAL actions by the administrativebranch of the government WITHOUT the approval of such actions by thepeople's elected representatives.ECOLI IN GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS CAUSING PROBLEMSThe American corporation Monsanto is one of the most evil corporationsever to be established in the USA. Monsanto has developed many "genetically modified" food seeds which Monsanto has patented.Monsanto is selling these genetically modified foods seeds to manyfarming corporations and individual farmers. There are many serious problems with using genetically modified seeds. It has been proven that HEALTH problems do develop in people who eatthese foods. For example, Monsanto has developed a way to make foodseeds and the resulting food crops to be able to grow even if thewhole field is sprayed with the plant killer "Round-up". Monsanto developed a way to make food crop seeds that grow crops which can besprayed with Round-up and the food crop still grows. The theory isthe Round-up will kill all weeds around the food crop and only thefood crop will grow. However, the PROBLEM is that Monsanto used a STRAIN of the lethalvirus ECOLI as a carrier of its genetic changes which make the foodcrops able to survive Round-Up. ECOLI KILLS PEOPLE! Are these peopleat Monsanto MAD SCIENTISTS? Apparently the GREED FACTOR is so strongat Monsanto that the Mad Scientists are running wild with theirhideous inventions.Doctors are noticing an INCREASE in ECOLI attacking people they are treating! It is no surprise these unsuspecting people are EATINGgenetically modified foods which are grown from seeds developed byMonsanto. This is a GOOD EXAMPLE of HOW the US Federal DrugAdministration, which has to approve these seeds, IS A TOTAL FAILURE. In fact, the FDA is more than a failure: it's filled with corruptbureaucrats who approve DANGEROUS drugs and foods in return for BRIBESof money or a retirement income with the pharmaceutical industry. Also, when GMO seeded plants end up transferring by wind into otherfarmers' fields of NON-GMO plants, the greedy Monsanto SUES the otherfarmers for "patent" violations! This has been going on for years. Now, the other farmers are suing Monsanto for hurting their clean, organic crops. If you have Monsanto stock, I suggest you sell itbecause Monsanto is SO BAD it will be targeted for dismantling afterNESARA to teach a lesson to GREEDY and UNSCRUPULOUS corporations whorun roof-shod over other people. There's considerable discussion of Genetically Modified Organisms onthe internet including on this link:http://www.ethicurean.com/2007/03/13/digest-215/ Here's a fewhighlights from this web newsletter: DIGEST: JUDGE STOPS SALE OF GM SEEDS, FDA'S GUIDELINES MOCKED,ORGANIC CLONED KIDS UPDATE by Ethicurean @ 12:45 pm on 13 March 2007. MAJOR NEWS: Following on his decision last month that the USDA failed to take seriously concerns that genetically altered seeds couldmigrate to other alfalfa crops, U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyerin San Francisco has ordered that the sale of such seeds be stoppedfor now. Monsanto has engineered the seeds to be resistant to itsherbicide Roundup. The lawsuit was brought by the Center for FoodSafety, National Family Farm Coalition, Sierra Club, CornucopiaInstitute, and other environmental groups, and the ban — if upheld in court, because of course Monsanto will appeal — is a major blow to"cavalier" GM seed planting practices. - Los Angeles Times … And the Pulitzer goes to…: "Editor and Publisher" reports thatthe finalists for the Pulitzer Prize have been leaked. Among them are two we Digested with great admiration: the Washington Post's"Harvesting Cash" series on U.S. agricultural policy (don't miss thegraphics package), and the L.A. Times' five-part series "AlteredOceans" a truly depressing, yet awesome look at the manmade crisis of the seas.… Chemical alert: Just in time, a major feature takes on thebisphenol-A debate — the possible endocrine-disrupting chemical foundin plastic bottles (such as for water) and cans (even of organicsoup). There's a good sidebar on minimizing your exposure. NationalGeographic's Green Guide Seeding control: Why California's organic (and some conventional)farmers are supporting Assemblyman Jared Huffman's bill AB 541, which would require farmers to notify local county agriculturalcommissioners within 30 days of planting or testing geneticallyaltered crops, and would also publicize gene-manipulated plantcontaminations. Mercury News http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2007/03/25/BUGBROQASE1.DTL San Francisco Chronicle GOT RBST IN YOUR MILK? Dairy co-op bows to pressure to stop use of hormone George Raine, Chronicle Staff Writer Sunday, March 25, 2007 Richard Cotta, CEO of California Dairies Inc., the nation'ssecond-largest dairy cooperative, is guided by a simple business philosophy: "If you want milk with little blue dots, you'll have it,as long as you are willing to pay for it.'' So, when a string of major customers, including supermarket giantSafeway, came to his co-op saying they would no longer accept milk from cows treated with a genetically engineered growth hormone, theco-op bowed to the inevitable. In January, California Dairies' board voted to ask its members notto inject synthetic bovine growth hormone into their cows. If they do, their milk will have to be segregated and they'll pay a surcharge. "Consumer demand is obvious,'' Cotta said. The action by a co-op that ships 50 million pounds of milk everyday is part of a sweeping, consumer-driven agricultural makeover, in which suppliers are forced to adapt to a changing marketplace. Demandfor natural foods is rising, while increasing numbers of consumers areavoiding products that rely on antibiotics or growth hormones. Andfood retailers are listening. Recombinant bovine somatotropin, or rbST, was approved by the Foodand Drug Administration 14 years ago. Injected every two weeks intocows, it sustains lactation by stimulating cows' appetites so they eat more and produce more milk, perhaps an extra 5 quarts per day. The synthetic hormone may have been used in 20 to 30 percent ofthe nation's cows since it became available in January 1994, accordingto some estimates. But what may be a significant value to dairies can't competeagainst the growing attractiveness of the natural foods movement. "Many customers have called to ask us to eliminate the use of hormones,'' said Teena Massingill, a spokeswoman at Safeway, which isbased in Pleasanton. "Our goal is to provide customers products theywant,'' she said. Safeway eliminated rbST in its Northern California milk brands, Lucerne and Dairy Glen, in 2004. Safeway stores in Washington,Montana, Idaho and Texas are also rbST-free, as are its Genuardi'sstores in Pennsylvania. Indeed, the vast majority of milk sold in Northern California is rbST-free, Cotta said. Southern California was slower to change but iscatching up, he added. Safeway's Vons stores in Southern California recently toldCalifornia Dairies it wants milk it orders from the co-op to be rbST-free by Aug. 1. Costco has made a similar order. Starbucks spokeswoman Sanja Gould in Seattle said the company isalready rbST-free in stores in Northern California, New England, NewMexico, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. That represents 37 percent of its dairy volume. The company will be free of bovinegrowth hormone in other markets as supply becomes available, Gouldsaid. Two North Bay dairies, Straus Family Creamery, an organicproducer, and Clover-Stornetta Farms, are rbST-free. So are SaveMart's brands, Sunnyside Farms and Bayview Milk. Other notable national dairy-based companies that are rbST-freeinclude Tillamook, a 150-dairy farmer cooperative in Oregon, and Ben & Jerry's Homemade Ice Cream in Vermont. "We think its use is a step in the wrong direction toward asynthetic, chemically intensive, factory-produced food supply,'' Ben & Jerry's said in a statement.… Patty Lovera, Food & Water Watch's food program director, pointedto research that shows injections of rbST increase another hormone,insulin-like growth factor 1, or IGF-1, in cows. TOO MUCH IGF-1 IN HUMANS IS LINKED WITH INCREASED RATES OF COLON, BREAST AND PROSTATECANCER. Food & Water Watch says synthetic hormone use also INCREASES THERATE OF MASTITIS, a bacterial udder infection. That in turn LEADS TO INCREASED USE OF ANTIBIOTICS, whose overuse is already a seriousproblem in the livestock industry. Meanwhile, belief is spreading quickly that GROWTH HORMONES INDUCEPUBERTY IN HUMANS EARLIER THAN NORMAL, said Laurie Demeritt, a consumer marketing specialist at the Hartman Group in Bellevue, Wash. She encountered the theory while doing a survey last year in which61 percent of consumers said their main reason for buying organicfoods was to avoid products that relied on antibiotics or growthhormones. In other market research, the Natural Marketing Institute's 2006Health & Wellness Trends Database found that 53 percent of primary grocery shoppers said they were looking for dairy, meat and poultryproducts that are free of antibiotics. The same number said they shopfor products free of hormones.…FUNDING NESARA'S GOLDThe consulting fee we will receive for taking an investor to the $5M investment will fund the down payments on NESARA's gold. It's summer holidays here and the New Zealand parliament does not meet again until afterWaitangi Day (our national holiday) next week (February 6th). Sothings are slow on the political front here. In Australia the news Iam hearing most often is about the severe drought and critical water shortages. And in Fiji the only story is still the coup.NEW ZEALANDSince 1991 there have been over 3,000 complaints by homeowners ofpoorly built leaky homes. An Auckland woman was just awarded $250,000 in a High Court ruling. The judge held both the builder and the localcouncil (who failed to inspect the building properly) responsible. This case will set a precedent and make it difficult for councils todefend similar claims. This, in turn, will affect all other homeowners who, as a result, will end up paying higher rates (taxes),so as to enable the council to pay off all of the "leaky home" owners. The Reserve Bank Governor warned that a hike in interest rates could be needed if the housing and domestic demand did not ease. That couldcome as early as March. The US consultancy firm, Demographia, released its housing affordability survey covering sixEnglish-speaking countries, including New Zealand. It estimated that for the third quarter of 2006 the median house price in this countrywas six times the median household income. That gives this country, along with Australia, Ireland and Britain, a Demographia housingaffordability rating of "severely unaffordable." That contrasted with recent decades when the median multiple was generally three times orless than median household incomes among the countries surveyed.Michael Cullen, New Zealand Finance Minister, met with AustralianTreasurer Peter Costello to focus on improving and developing the business environment on both sides of the Tasman. The Green Partywants Dr. Cullen to put pressure on Australia to sign up to thegreenhouse gas emission reduction targets, stating that becauseAustralian businesses do not have to pay the cost of their greenhouse gas emisions, it makes it extremely unfair on New Zealand businesses. In New Zealand there might be water everywhere, but there are somedrops we should not be drinking. A Health Ministry report shows 24 percent of New Zealand's drinking water fails to meet bacteriologicalstandards. It says more than 100,000 people are drinking water withunacceptable E-coli levels. A further 84,000 live in areas wheresuppliers have failed to take appropriate action once E-coli wasfound. There are almost half a million people who are drinking waterfrom supplies where there is insufficient technology to determine thestandard. AUSTRALIAThe drought and lack of consumable water has become critical. Thismorning I heard on the radio that in Melbourne there are only 545 daysof water left (about 18 months). In Sydney it has been reported that water usage has to be cut in half in the next 20-30 years. I havebeen told by one of our members in Queensland that "Recycled (sewage)water into Queensland is now very much on the Queensland Governmentagenda, despite Toowoomba City residents rejecting it in a referendumlast year, and around 50 percent or more of Queenslanders rejecting itin TV polls in recent days. Another "chaos" media situation, although the shortage is very real. Other councils in other States are alreadygetting ready to promote it or do it. They could not possiblyguarantee safe drinking water, not all tests used can cover "otherproblems" with current or recycled sewage water anyway." Water commission documents in Queensland reveal there will not beenough water to meet projected demand as early as 2009. Billions ofdollars is being spent in new pipelines, desalination plants and boresalready being constructed. Based on water commission documents, theregion could be left short about 230 million litres a day. Analysisof the commission's statistics reveal the region faces seriousshortfalls even if the Government completes all its new water infrastructure projects on time. Major rainfall of 200mm or more indam catchment areas could avert the looming crisis but the Bureau ofMeteorology has warned that appears increasingly unlikely. Unlesssignificant rain fell by next summer, it now appears certain homeowners and businesses will be told to cut back water usage yetagain or face tough penalties. (The winter months in the southernhemisphere are June, July and August. Last year Australia begangetting summer temperatures in August! totally missing the spring months.)Howard is putting $10 billion into a plan to take over theMurray-Darling River Basin, two rivers that join and are accessed forirrigation purposes in the states of South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. The Opposition Leader, Kevin Rudd, pledged immediatesupport for the plan, while reaction from the states ranged fromhostility to broad acceptance. Mr. Howard will write to the premiersand chief ministers in the next fortnight asking them to surrender their control over the rivers. If they refuse, the Government haslegal advice showing it can legislate using its external affairspowers to take control. A further $6 billion would be dedicated tolining or piping irrigation channels, installing meters to police water use by farmers, and installing drip systems. These measureswould save in wastage the equivalent of 17 times Adelaide's annualwater use. Howard also threatened to withhold from the states $1.1billion pledged under the Water Fund unless profits generated by water utilities were spent on infrastructure such as dams, desalinationplants or recycling projects. The Queensland Premier is dubious aboutHoward's plan, while the South Australian Premier opposes it. Mr.Rann, the South Australian Premier, stated, "I would like to see atruly independent Murray-Darling commission, free of any politics orpoliticians, whether it's federal or state. Such a commission shouldact only in the interests of the river. An independent commissionwould be more preferable to a takeover by a federal government whichis beholden to upstream irrigators, including the powerful rice andcotton lobbies." Here is a link to detailed information on the Murray-Darling RiverBasin from wikipedia, including a map showing the area which the Basincovers.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murray-Darling_BasinFIJIThere has been a war of words between Mr. Peters, New Zealand'sForeign Minister, and Fiji's coup leader, Commodore Frank Bainimarama.New Zealand has put sporting and immigration sanctions on Fiji anddenied the new head of Bainimarama's office entry to New Zealand tovisit family. The Commodore is now threatening retaliation againstNew Zealand, stating that if he is not taken seriously he will impose sanctions on New Zealand exports to the country. Mr. Peters, in turn, has been reported to have said those threats are 'stupid', whileCommodore Bainimarama has called Mr. Peters 'childish'. Mr. Peters further stated that New Zealand remains willing to assist Fiji withthe restoration of democracy and good governance, but will not bend inthe face of threats from anyone.NTAT MEMBER NEWSOne of our members in Western Australia, Vanessa, is holding a series of public meetings beginning February 13th - the first meeting on thetruth of 9/11 - with more monthly meetings to come on other issues.Michael, the owner of the New Zealand websitewww.moveonnewzealand.co.nz has put together a booklet presenting someof the material that's on the website, including information onNESARA. He is having a number of copies printed to distribute (as away to publicize the website but also to assist those who may not have access to a computer). Copies should be ready next week and I willmail one to you. Michael tells me that this booklet can also bedownloaded from the website. We are finally having summer weather here, although it's a bit windier (and not as hot) as I would like. No cyclones yet, althoughthey were predicted. And our summer weather is supposed to lastthrough April this year. And broadband is wonderful!NESARA NOW! Sharen~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~Saturday, March 10, 2007 4:04 AMNTAT Oceania - February 2007 ReportHello, Dove,More time has passed than I expected in getting this report written. I am finally feeling a bit better and hope you are as well. As youknow, my reports to you usually get written the end of the month. Isometimes think of putting them together earlier in the month but amalways glad I don't as something interesting and/or outrageous always happens when I wait. It's been a busy summer here with a lot ofthings coming up in both New Zealand and Australia. The cynic in methinks that maybe our politicians wait until summer when everyone isin holiday mode and supposedly not paying attention to put through the most outrageous things. And that seems to be the case this year....NEW ZEALANDYesterday the Governor of the Reserve Bank raised interest rates aquarter of a percent to 7.5%. He is saying that the real estate market is the problem: people are borrowing too much money in orderto continue buying houses. Mr. Cullen, the Finance Minister, says theproblem is that people don't save enough money. And Mr. English, the opposition party Finance spokesman, says Mr. Cullen is incorrect andthe problem is that the government is spending too much money.Everyone has an opinion. The National Party says the government needs to do something to stop house prices spiraling out of control. The overheated housing markethas seen prices consistently hit record highs, and shows no sign ofslowing anytime soon. National's Housing spokesman Phil Heatley sayshouse prices are supposed to go up and down cyclically, but at themoment they are only going up. He says the extended period of pricesgoing up and incomes not keeping pace is seeing more and more peoplepushed into renting for life. Mr Heatley has written to the Chair of the Commerce Select Committee to request an urgent inquiry into whatis going on with the housing market. I believe someone said that NewZealanders are in debt $10 billion on their mortgages alone.Mr. Cullen is investing the country's Super Annuation Fund ( i.e.,Social Security) in overseas companies including two Indonesian miningcompanies: $1 million invested in a company called Freeport and $20million in Rio Tinto. Both of these companies daily move 200,000 tons of sludge of heavy metals into the wetlands, rivers and trees, destroying the environment. So much for New Zealand's clean and greenimage! One of the Green MPs has put forward a bill that will remove the defense in the Crimes Act of "reasonable force" against assault on achild. If it becomes law, it will be illegal for parents to hit theirchildren to punish or correct them, although they will be able to use "reasonable force" to stop them hurting themselves or another child,or to deal with disruptive behaviour. This is euphemisticallyreferred to as "the smacking bill". People are generally outraged that the government would tell them how to discipline their children. On the other hand, New Zealand has the worst record for abuse of itschildren. Something has to change but people feel that another law, seen as unenforceable, is not the way.Last Saturday Dennis and I went to the Whenuapai (fa-new-a-pie) AirShow. Whenuapai is a small military airport on Auckland's NorthShore. As well as seeing this air show there were booths set up with information on military equipment, joining the military, etc. Dennisspoke to one of the airmen about the LAV IIIs (Light Armored Vehicles)that the government has bought for the military. Here is a link towikipedia for more informaiton on LAV IIIs:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LAV_III The airman told Dennis that thegovernment asked the military how many of these vehicles they thought they would need and they responded with 35. So the government gavethem 105 vehicles at a cost of $6 million per vehicle or nearly $700million! Six of these vehicles are out of action for repairs (crackswere found in the chassis). Another 20 are on the waiting list forrepairs. The Minister of Defense, Mr. Goff, believes that themanufacturer (Canadian) should pay for these repairs. Dennis and Iquestion just why the government bought 105 of these vehicles when the military stated they only needed 35. What are the government's planshere?Today I received a NZ Health Trust newsletter updating thegovernment's "proposal" on a joint (Australia-New Zealand) Trans-Tasman Therapeutic Goods Agency which would regulate alltherapeutic products, both pharmaceutical and natural health productsfor both countries. At present Labour (the NZ government) pushed thecommittee hearing off from the end of April to the end of June. The Australian government, however, is pushing for the end of April asthey have an election coming up and it suits them better if the wholething was under the carpet by then. On December 10, 2003 the NZMinister of Health signed a Treaty with the Australian government committing the NZ government to proceed with the establishment of thejoint agency, even though the Parliamentary Select Committee had notreleased its report into the proposal! Said newsletter from the NZHealth Trust states: "It is important to note that although the Treaty has been signed with Australia, this is no more than anobligation between the two governments to proceed with this line. Itdoes not bind New Zealand, nor has it made the joint agency law inthis country. For those things to occur legislation will need to be put before the New Zealand Parliament and accepted by a majority ofthe Members of Parliament and this has not yet occurred. Equally itis important to note that our current government is a minoritygovernment and cannot pass this or any other legislation on its own without the support of at least one of the minority parties." TheMinistry of Health has been proceeding with the establishment of theagency as if it was a given, even going so far as to recruit staff for this agency, spending significant taxpayers' funds developing thebusiness that the government hopes will become the NZ part of thejoint agency. To those who have been opposing the agency, thegovernment is seeming to present a picture of fait accompli in the hope that the opposition would fall by the way side. Indeed, thePrime Minister has stated that we need to get this law passed or wewill be breaking a Treaty with Australia! A meeting has beenorganized for Wednesday the 14th to discuss plans for weekly marches, the first one being scheduled for March 23rd in Auckland.AUSTRALIAAs I stated, a federal election will be held some time the end of thisyear or early next year - I believe November is the likeliest time for this. Australia's opposition party has put a former ABC presenter,Maxine McKew, up against Howard for the parliamentary seat in hiselectorate in Sydney's northern suburbs. Ms. McKew has had a number of death threats against her since announcing she would take on Howardin his seat. The Green candidate for the same seat in 2004 had alsobeen threatened during the last federal election. The Federal Opposition has accused John Howard of having a secret plan to build nuclear power plants in Australia. Victoria and SouthAustralia have apparently been earmarked for this "technology" by anew private company, set up by a wealthy businessman who, coincidentally, is a former Liberal Party treasurer and good friend and advisor to Howard. Government ministers say the public is"warming" to the idea of nuclear power plants. Howard has admittedthat he launched a national nuclear inquiry, appointing his goodfriend (and former Telstra boss) to run this "independent" inquiry. This same good friend will also chair Australia's only nationalnuclear research and policy body.Australia has made a commitment to phase out incandescent light bulbsby 2009-10 and replace them with more efficient but more expensive compact fluorescent light bulbs. It will also negotiate withmanufacturers to phase out the bulbs. This will save up to 800,000tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions. The NZ government is alsoconsidering this. Fluorescent, energy-saving bulbs have been promoted and sold in NZ for some years now and while they are energy andcost-saving, I personally don't feel they are bright enough, especially if you're trying to do close work (but maybe I just needbetter eyes!). Australian citizen David Hicks, incarcerated at Guantanamo Bay forover 5 years, has finally been charged with providing material supportfor terrorism and referred to stand trial by a special militarycommission. Hick's supporters contend that the new charge laid against him was only created last year and is being appliedretrospectively. The Australian government has always refused tobring Hicks home because it says there was no law under which he couldhave been charged at the time the alleged crimes occurred and it would have to retrospectively create a criminal offence under which to tryhim. Mr. Hicks' father has stated that Howard's explanation - thatthe charge Hicks faces has been on the books since 1994 - was wrong. "The law he quoted wasn't the one that David's been charged with. Theone he's charged with now is October 2006. The one John Howard wastalking about goes back to 1994 and it's got nothing to do with the one that he's been charged with. It's been retrospectively done andnot only that they've built the law around what they think David'sdone and then charged him on it." US Military prosecutors have held prelliminary talks on a plea bargain with Hicks' lawyers. If hepleads guilty he could be released by taking into account time alreadyserved.NTATOne of our Australian members, Vanessa, has held the first of a series of monthly public meetings on various issues. The first meeting wason 9/11. She tells me that 34 people turned up. Some who booked didnot arrive and others did not book and turned up. She is going to tryand get more young people interested. The evening, she says, was wellreceived and it's just about getting more people aware.Again, hope you're coming right, Dove. Until next time....SharenFor more information on NESARA, go to WWW.NESARA.US .--~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~You received this message because you are d to the Google Groups "MedicalConspiracies" group.
