seriously then...

I know a person who is on the list because he was 19 and his girlfriend was 17.. not that far apart in age and the sex was perfectly consentual... and certainly adult enough and no doubt nothing any worse than 90 percent of us have done, yet he is on the sex offender list because the dad found out they were having sex and made a big deal about it.

I think they need to make some sort of designation as to what kind of offense it was so people who just had an innocent relationship with a slightly younger person dont have to bear a cross for their whole life.
