I think a much worse arsenic problem to be considered is chronic

exposure through your drinking water, I previously covered it for the

newspaper:

Less than one tenth of current lower US EPA levels of 10 PPB starts to

increase cancer rates in a population.

 

The best defense is to maintain selenium and glutathione precursors;

both selenium and the master antioxidant glutathione are depleted by

arsenic.
