REGARDING: Collateral Damage Against the People

After the suicide death of Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Jeremy Michael Boorda, from an "apparently self inflicted gunshot wound" on May 16, 1996, secret military aerosol programs began in our atmosphere to develop and support the Navy's RFMP, Radio Frequency Mission Planner, specifically the VTRPE, Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation, computer sub-program within that RFMP battlefield system. The RFMP/VTRPE system is the principle system used in battlefield warfare today. It would be difficult to wage modern style warfare without RFMP/VTRPE technology. That was the beginning, and the original purpose for "Chemtrails." We identified this program with barium salt aerosol prior to June 2001, in the Spotlight nka The American Free Press.

One has to ask themselves what do these pilots think their mission is? They suddenly appear over an area where the sky is absolutely, crystal blue and flying back and forth for hours leaving these long contrails behind them and leave the entire area blanketed with gray haze.
