Guest guest
I love to eat cheese, But I'm wondering if it causes a lot of pain in me the more I have it the more I notice the pain just when I have it. So I'm curious if its related. And if so has anybody else noticed this that when you have cheese you notice more fibro pain? And if so do you eat cheese anymore and how do you overcome to " not " eating cheese anymore? Thank you. Joyce in Oregon

Guest guest
Hi Joyce, Yes, I noticed the same - I have CFS/ME though but that is closely related to Fibro. In the past I was a big dairy eater and I realllllly loved cheese and yoghourt. But one day I realized that there was a particular kind of pain in my shoulder and lower back that I only had when I had eaten a lot of cheese. In the more than 5 years since I stopped eating cheese I never had that kind of annoying dull pain anymore. Moreover when I eat cheese I wake up around 3AM and am awake for a couple of hours. If I don't I sleep through the night. After all this time I still miss it now and then but for me it is all about choices/priorities. I don't want to experience that kind of pain anymore.... so no cheese for me. Feel free to write privately and then we can discuss it further as we might share other food sensitivities too. All the best, Yannic - Joyce Wednesday, March 21, 2007 4:41 AM Can eating cheese cause fibromyalgia pain?
