Guest guest
Hi gang, How is everyone??? I've been super busy with work the last few months and not even been able to post or read posts, I hope everyone is well I sure miss posting and sharing with you all! I'm going to be mixing up some herbs for an intestinal cleanse (we're going to start a master cleanse next week) and i was wondering... when we grind herbs (by hand or in coffee grinder) we have noticed that on certain herbs, it seems that some of the chaff, does not reduce no matter how much you grind it, regrind, etc. Is there a certain amount that we should expect to throw out? or do we use the duff/chaff and add to the formulas along with the powder? Specifically i am grinding Senna Pods and there seems to be alot of Pod fluff left that just will not reduce (although it is a fine fluff) and i have ground, sifted and reground about 3 times now. I'm wondering if the fluffy stuff would be good anyway for helping to sweep away yucky stuff for the intestines? Thanks in advance Sylvia
