Hi Lisa,

You can make it yourself - recipe is in the files. The Dragon Snot should be in there also.

Herbal Remedies - total nutrition

Can someone tell me where to get the Total Nutrition that Doc refers to in his taped lecture and Dragon Snot recipe?

Thanks,

You can make it; it goes a long way, but it is expensive at first. Otherwise, you can buy it directly from him.

Does Doc have the total nutrition for sale? If so how does one order it? I'm in a very rural area at least 45 min from the nearest health food store and doubt they would have the ingredients to make my own.

Thanks.

  • 4 weeks later...

Well I got $20 out of my husband today. I hope it will be enough to buy

all the stuff I need for Total Nutrition and some fresh fruit for the

family.

Cross your fingers.

Well I went to our health food store and they did not carry one

ingredient for the total nutrition formula except in pill forms and jars

that were $10 - $20 each. I don't have that kind of money. Would

someone be willing to make me a jar of total nutrition and sent it my

way. Or show me where I can purchase all those ingredients online ?

They have to be much cheaper then that. At that price I will be

spending over $200 .. :( no way will my husband let me do that.

I found a product there called Perfect Food, which had almost all the

same ingredients but it cot $45.00 .

WOW

I guess I will forget about making it anytime soon. So I took the

money (and an extra 10 ) I had and bought the best food I could for the

price.

I wanted to get some soy milk but it was $4.00 per half gallon. Ugh.

I got :

a gallon of Organic Apple Juice for $5.99

Green Tea $2.39

Detox Tea $1.99

Organic French Garden Sprouts $1.89

Organic Broccoli $1.93/lb

Organic Banans 2.5 lbs $2.23

Organic Mixed vegetables $1.19

Organic Brussel Sprouts $1.70

Organic Pink Lady Apples $3.69 for 3lbs

Organic Romaine $1.39

Organic Kiwi $1.99/lb

Sea Salt refined ground $0.15

Organic Green Kale $1.69

I think someone mentioned the kale was for thyroid right? I hope so.

Now to go searching for some recipes so I can actually eat this stuff. LOL

Do you have a csa local to you? I belong to an organic CSA where I get

almost all my produce for the family for about 18 a week. It is picked that

day or the day before and I pick up the box. You can do a search at

http://www.nal.usda.gov/afsic/csa/csastate.htm for one close to you. Ours

gives tips on how to use veggies that I had never heard of before.
