Guest guest
Personally, Im quite impressed with the science behind the scanner, the use of it and the products that Pharmanex and Newskin sells. They are very interested in wellness in the long run and to have good health, one must consume enough vitamins and minerals every day for the body to work properly. If you think that we can still get enough from our diet and our anemic food, you have been fooled. Maybe if you buy only organic and cook fresh every day, you might, but the average American diet,,, NO WAY. Yep, we crave technology, and how bad is that. We would not be communicating if we weren't. The machine could be compared to a blood pressure cuff. You can eat healthy, take all the herbs you want and feel fine, but the silent killer will still get you if you don't know that your blood pressure is 180/110. Once you KNOW that it is that high, you can make an informed choice. Do something about it, or do nothing and have the heart attack or stroke and cry ignorance when it happens. The scanner will tell you if you are getting enough antioxidants. If you do things that expose you to free radicals, you need more, if you live clean and chemical free, you will need less. it tells you how your level is for YOU. It measures the amount in YOUR skin. The ideal is a high number that can not be measured in any other way. In many parts of my life I take a little information here and a little there. I use the best of everything I find. I can stay healthy with the things I do, I take no meds for anything. I used to take plenty for pain, depression, colds, all kinds of ailments. Now I take nothing and I am well. I must be doing something right, don't you think. I can avoid the MD because I am well educated about my health, not because I fear Allopathic medicine. Yes, they have a very poor approach to many illnesses, cover the symptoms, " who cares what's causing them, that takes too long " In my field, i deal with it every day. People come to me that have had pain for days or years, they have tried meds, physical therapy, magnets, herbs, and liniments, nothing helps much. I can reduce the pain or even eliminate it in one hour session because I am eliminating the CAUSE, the dysfunction on the muscle. But if the muscle is torn, I cant do much. If the bone is broken, my approach is useless and if i did my work, i would hurt them more. The real trick in this wellness thing is to KNOW and understand what yo are dealing with and know when to go elsewhere or refer out. All are important, herbs, minerals, vitamins, eating well, positive attitude, energy and magic etc. Use everything one can get their hands on and use the brain you have and the technology that is offered, it might save your life someday. Guest guest
Mary Jo, Ok...don't get all bunched up in your bloomers:) I did not mean to upset you. I only just came off of a three day event at my work in which one of the "New Skin" couples inappropriately tried to crash. I thought it highly out of focus for them to have come to our spa day event to try to convert our counsultants...and for what...a machine...not thier products... just to get us out the door to thier machine...We were there honestly sharing and giving out free demos and demonstrations of our highly purified natural products ...they on the other-hand dealt underhandedly with us and in the guise of interest they challenged us...We did not need it..so we side stepped their controversy. Machine or no machine...I will say it again... if what you have works, cures, is natural, purified, and has advanced technology behind it, no machine can take the place of that.
