Guest guest
I had my girlfriend email a few of the recipes that she has tried from " Miracle Juices 60 Juices for a healthy life " by Charmaine Yabsley and Amanda Cross. Her fav: Ginger Zinger (immunity booster) 4 oz carrot 8oz cantaloupe 1 lime 1 inch cubed fresh ginger chopped juice the carrot, melon, lime and ginger. Serve over ice A juice rich in antioxidants. The lime encourages the elimination of toxins. Makes 7 oz. Another tried: Red Velvet (Immunity boost) 3 1/2 oz red pepper 4 oz strawberries 2 oz tomato 4 oz mango 4 oz watermelon juice all ingredients, pulse in blender with three ice cubes. Tons of beta-carotene. Makes 7 oz. And one for the kids... Frisky Sour (colds and flu) 5oz papaya 5oz grapefruit 5oz raspberries 1/2 lime scoop out the flesh of the papaya, juice it and the grapefruit (with the pith left on) and the raspberries. Squeeze in the lime juice and mix. Serve over ice. Papaya is an ideal juice for children, as it is more palatable than some other sweet juices. Makes 7 oz.
