Guest guest Posted October 2, 2004 Report Share Posted October 2, 2004 Good Morning Friends! Each morning we drink our smoothie loaded with vitamins and minerals from our superfood and fruit. I use either organic soy milk or concord grape juice for a liquid base and add banana, strawberries or blackberries. You folks call the supergreen food by another name but filled with nutritrion none the less. Doc has information on superfood in files. A dear lady is sending me some kefir grains on Monday, then I will use homemade kefir to make our smoothies. We don't take any other vitamins or minerals now. And we used to take several. Actually I think it would be a good idea to add some good omega 3 oil to smoothie. We are gathering the herbs to make a new batch of superfood next week. Do you folks use superfood? Do you make smoothies? Do you make your own superfood? It is a great way to get calcium that is easily assimilated and so many other nutrients we need. I am so excited to find 2 sweet ladies to send me a kombucha baby and kefir grains! WOW! What a blessing! Have a great weekend!
