I had heel spurs about 24 years ago. I read and read, and found out the reason for heel spurs is that even though they are a deposit of calcium, the body is actually not getting *enough* calcium. (It may also be that the body does not digest the calcium correctly.) So I started taking a synergistic herbal calcium supplement, as I knew I wasn't eating right at the time also. It took about a year, but I got rid of the heel spurs; and have never had them since.

As a side note, I had been having pain in my teeth in one particular area of my mouth, which my dentist (after three visits) could never find anything wrong, not a crack, nothing. After six months of taking the herbal calcium, my teeth gradually stopped hurting.

I think I have heel spurs. My feet hurt when I get up first thing in the morning and when I've rested for awhile. I'd like to find a natural way to make them better. Thanks for your help.
