Guest guest Posted September 29, 2004 Report Share Posted September 29, 2004 The dosage of the arnica is 30c. The symptoms that I have been dealing with is pain in the top & bottom of my right elbow. This pain tends to travel to my hand & fingers if I've been using my fingers/hand. It also travels up my arm to my shoulder, up my neck. Several times a week it goes to the right side of my head-a maybe 1 " - 1 1/2 " from my eyebrow. The ortho says that doesn't have anything to do w/my elbow problem. I KNOW HOW MY BODY FEELS(sorry it makes me mad-just because I don't have md after my name doesn't make me ignorant of my body) I have had the deep tissue massage-it did nothing but hurt more.
