Guest guest
Anyone have any special juice recipe's I did not find any in the files. thank you Years ago I used to go to a juice-freak naturopath. She had me on a gallon of juices a day. My skin actually turned orange from so much carrot juice!! No lie! The formulas she used were from N.W. Walker's Raw Vegetable Juice. The book has been around forever and I still use the formulas. The name of the book might have changed, but the author is N.W. Walker. Guest guest
As soon as I get home from overseas in a couple months (I know, it'll be awhile) I'll pull out a couple of my juicebooks and post some recipes in the files. My girlfriend got me into the smoothie scene as well and every now and we get in a mood and make ourselves some either a smoothie or a juice. The recipies I have are completely health related (definately a plus)! Heres to our health, Ian (the other one) On Tue, 28 Sep 2004 19:13:41 -0500 (Central Daylight Time), Francine <franciee wrote: > Anyone have any special juice recipe's I did not find any in the files. > thank you > francine > > > > Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: > 1.
