Confused??

 

The rule of thumb is: " The longer you let a tincture brew, the more

potent it gets. " is in your files as well as You are probably

splitting hairs after a tincture has brewed for more than six months to

a year, but you can leave it in as long as you want with it only getting

better.

 

 

But ... the other information I am getting from the interent is as follows..

 

You can leave your herb in from 2 weeks to 6 months. After 6 months the

liquid will no longer extract the medicines from the herb

 

No I am really confused.
