Deanna...It says at the top , one part of each ingredient , so you can use a

scoop or whatever as your " part " . It all depends on how much you want to

make at one time. A suggestion is 1/2 cup of each herb .If you want a

smaller amount you could choose a 1/4 cup measure....Mary O
