Marisa....Make the formula for yourself or contact Doc and he an put you in

touch with it. You can use some on a toothbrush to gentle brush around the

tooth area , or dilute it in warm water and swirl it around the toothe

several times a day . It is VERY fast acting !

For gum problems you would do the same or for deeper pockets there is a

tiny syringe that you can purchase to inject it deeper into the gum

area....Mary o

What do you brush your teeth with? I have been using Dr. Christopher's

herbal tooth formula about half the time and the other half the time a

non-flouride toothpaste

Christophers tooth formula is good . I want to make a tooth powder to use .
