Allergies and Assumed PMS

Hey All,

 

I have a somewhat strange question/problem here.

 

I have been on allergy meds all summer and recently stopped taking

them because a) I didnt want the extra chemicals in my system and b)

I didn't think they were doing much for me. As of yesterday, I've

been hit hard with stuffy head, post nasal drip, itchy eyes, stuffy

nose and a general " head in the clouds " feeling. If this wasnt

enough...

 

I was on birth control pills for 6 years and stopped taking them

nearly a year ago. Since then, my periods have become heavier, more

unpredictable and more painful. My PMS symptoms have also gotten

worse. I " ve gotten more emotional and ill for longer periods of

time.

 

This time, the two have come together. I am feeling rather miserable

and just wondered if anyone had any suggestions to battle these two

ailments.
