Guest guest
Hello I realize this list is for the benefit and care of people...but as I've seen others pose queries regarding care for their pets... I just found out that a neutered cat rescued by my husband and myself is FIV+. It is essentially a feline version of HIV. As immunosuppression is the problem itself it seems most obvious that a supportive approach to the immune system makes so much more sense. Does anyone have any advice? Additionally, he does seem to have some skin allergies and loss of weight... it is unclear at this time if it is related to the disease or the previous environment that he was in.
