Guest guest
Now I know what 99% of this does for me. however my question is is this mix a good mix for the body and does it have good over all benefits. Sounds like great stuff to me. Did you ask them what is was for? Maybe it's a tonic. I wouldn't mind coming across some of that stuff. Guest guest
I was in a minonite store and they had a lot of herb stuff and they had a bottle of herb mix with the following in it. " Cider Vineger, Apple Juice, Grape Juice, Star Anise, Black Cohosh, Black Walnut, Echinacea, Chamomile, Chickweed, Cinnamon, Clove Ginger, Ginseng, Goldenseal, Licorice, Fenugreek, & Valerian. " Now I know what 99% of this does for me. however my question is is this mix a good mix for the body and does it have good over all benefits. I don't know if the ingredients are organic or not but I believe they may be considering what is on the bottle. The insturections say to take one ounce a day. it don't taste too bad. If it has a good benefit I would like to keep it up it is not too costly it was pritty cheep. I would appreacheate any feedback. Thanks Poneyboy

Guest guest
They call it vim and vigor, I used to get that stuff a few years ago!!! And I got mine from a Mennonite store, too. Did it come in small bottles as well as gallon size?? It's a good tonic. I only used one bottle. I'm not sure if the store still carries it, as I haven't looked.
