Guest guest
Hi Christy, I commend you on trying to find a better way, but honestly your postings do not sound like you are. There really are no *quick fixes* to improving your health. It takes willingness to improve your life style, nutrition, and other intake. Your life style could be improved by e.g. insisting on/choosing positive people in your environment and exercise. Your nutrition could be improved by indeed cutting out all sugars/chocolates, and moving over to an organic diet. And finally, using natural remedies instead of medication/drugs. Please realise that 99.9% of medication only handles/masks the symptoms - they do NOT handle causes. In fact, most of the time causes are not known nor investigated by orthodox medical personnel - they simply see the symptoms, and try handle those to ease the patient's suffering, and that is ALL they do mostly. I strongly suggest you read this article by Doc: http://f4.grp.fs.com/v1/sH1FQd7FRf0pFV1OYEnra3GVjDF5skriMOjYi-dfAenP2ztAqXWOKIMHJVy3BZG8HPqjfUyGhg7IINVWvg/Articles/The%20Dwindling%20Spiral%20of%20Disease But, no one expects you to have a totally changed you by tomorrow. Most of us spend years working on such improvements, taking it one step at a time, improving one aspect at a time. I am certainly not 100% there yet myself - I still don't exercise enough, and I occasionally binge on sugary food. But.. after 3 years my diet is mostly organic, and pretty healthy, and my environment is becoming more positive as I go along. So, it's taking that first step! Decide what you feel able and willing to improve, and do that. Then decide on the next thing to improve and do that. And so on. And if you're willing and able, you have a whole lot of people here willing to help you!!! love Lisa - Christy Wyrtzen herbal remedies Monday, September 13, 2004 11:31 AM Re: Herbal Remedies - VITAL EMERGENCY ! ! ! - This concerns YOU ! ! !/ DEANNA & LAINIE I was trying to find a better way to live ect. But I think I'm going to have to find another way. I'm not sure my thinking belongs here.
