Francine...In a book I have by Dr John Christopher he gives a formula which

strenthens and heals the lungs and restpiratory tract.. It is 1 part each of

Comfrey Root , Mullien , Chickweed , Marshmallow Root , and Lobelia .

Suggested amount for an adult is a cup of tea two or three times a day , or

two or three capsules a day.Sounds like just what you ordered , eh ?...Mary

Tell me where I can get the capsules. Please. They make the capsules with all that together?

Francine....This is a recipe for you to make yourself . Just get the herbs and capsule it yourself. Make sure that the herbs are organic....Mary

I better wait for the tape from Doc. I have never had fresh herbs like this to make myself and would not know where to start or how much to use how big a capsule etc.
